My son, Chris, a Shamanic Karuna Reiki Master leads the multi day hikes and thoughtfully prepares all the meals. We are both certified in Wilderness First Aid and CPR, bringing both healing energy and safety to every step of the journey.

Masks are traditionally used for protection, disguise, or entertainment—hiding the face beneath them. But the masks we wear in daily life are not physical. Instead, they are false identities we construct to fit societal expectations, to protect ourselves from judgment, or to suppress our true nature. Over time, we learn to hide our unique essence, creativity, and inner Light, limiting our ability to fully express who we are.
